Yet these are the same problem the theme editor problem. These are frequent problem appear to your Wordpress Installation. It appear that you do not have permission to write the files of your wordpress blog. In case to solve the problem, the idea is to CHMOD the files to 777. Here are the way to do so:

1. Login into your File Manager ( via SmartFTP, Filezilla or Cpanel File Manager)
2. Click Left to the ‘wp-content/uploads’ directory and find the Permission Set
3. Set the required files to 777 and save the files.
